Haiku about Autumn (11)

Soba, like udon and somen, is a typical kind of Japanese noodles. It is made of buckwheat flour. We can eat it hot or cold.

Yesterday I visited redflower buckwheat fields near Lake Tazawa (田沢湖) at the foot of Mt. Komagadake (駒ヶ岳)in Akita (秋田).
