Here in Akita the spring sunlight has begun to shine beautifully everywhere.

We really welcome the coming of spring, relieved from the hard long winter.

the Northern River

北の川春の流れや微笑する

Kita no kawa haru no nagare ya bishou suru

Spring angler

catches the sunlight

the Northern River

北の川春光を釣る漁師かな

Kita no kawa shunkou wo tsuru ryoushi kana
